Our September House of the Month goes to this beautiful family in Odessa! Built in 1955, the home originally had wood windows and steel casement windows. Over time and lots of paint, the windows stopped opening. Storm windows were later added to help keep dust out, but only helped for a short time. It was time for changes and this family was ready for it! After all the wooden windows were replaced, our guys added White Trim Coil to cap the exterior wood to prevent future rot. Trim Coil comes in several colors and also keeps the homeowner from painting each year. The windows are vinyl frame with double pane, double strength glass, Energy Star Low-E Glass, and Argon Gas. A total of 14 White color windows were installed – 2 Double Hung style, 3 Single Hung style, 8 2-Lite Sliding windows, and 1 3-Lite Sliding window. We love this update!
