How to Enter:
To participate in the 2023 Christmas Window Giveaway, please complete and submit the online entry form available above. All entries must be submitted between December 1, 2023, and midnight on December 25, 2023. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. An official entry form can be obtained by writing to:

Each household is allowed only one entry during the 25-day entry period. Any additional entries may result in disqualification.
Additional Information for Entry:
Applicants are required to submit a reason explaining why their home should receive new windows. If entering a family in need, a detailed explanation of why the family requires new windows must be provided. The submission will be reviewed by a board, and up to 50 or more entries will be chosen for inclusion in a raffle. Duplicate entries will be disqualified, and individuals cannot reenter the same information more than once. However, if a friend submits an entry for the same family, both entries will be considered valid. Veterans, first responders, and active military personnel will receive an additional entry upon uploading or emailing ID verification to [email protected].
Selection of Winners:
The winner of the Christmas Window Giveaway will be chosen through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by The Window Source on or before December 31, 2023. Winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Only one prize is awarded per individual or household, and the prize is non-transferable with no substitutions allowed.
In the event that a winner has purchased a Window Source product that is part of their prize between the entry and drawing periods, the winner may choose to receive the retail value of the prize instead. Winners may be required to verify their address or complete an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification.
Christmas Window Giveaway Prize:
The prize includes double-pane, single-hung style, white interior, white exterior, fusion-welded vinyl, insulated replacement windows for 12 windows in the winner’s home. Basic installation, Energy Star Low-E glass, and argon glass are included. The prize does not cover basement, sliding, picture, bow, bay, or garden windows, doors, or siding. Any extra labor costs, such as updating rotted wood, interior/exterior trim, or sill replacement, will be the responsibility of the prize recipient.
Eligibility Requirements:
The contest is open to residents of the state of Texas living in the cities of Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, Monahans, Andrews, Kermit, Gardendale, Stanton, Seminole, and Crane, who are homeowners aged 18 or older. Only one submission per household is allowed, and the entrant must be the homeowner of the provided address.
Employees of The Window Source and family members of affiliated companies/contractors or participating licensees are not eligible to enter the Christmas Window Giveaway.
The contestant will be required to be photographed and interviewed for TV/social media. Immediate disqualification will occur if the contestant does not live in any of the listed cities, submits an address not owned by them, provides multiple entries, or fails to schedule a meeting to measure and install windows.
This offer is void wherever prohibited by law.
Photo & Video Release:
By submitting an entry, the contestant grants permission for the use of their image, likeness, and voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. The contestant understands that their image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, waiving the right to inspect or approve the finished product. The material may be used in diverse settings within an unrestricted geographic area, including conference presentations, educational courses, and online educational content.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release, and there is no geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies only to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the Christmas Window Giveaway sessions.
By submitting an entry, the contestant acknowledges having read and fully understood the release and agrees to be bound by it. The contestant releases any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for promotional purposes.
Privacy:
Participants in the 25 Days of Christmas Window Giveaway establish a business relationship with The Window Source, which reserves the right to contact each participant regarding future promotions and offers.
Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the contest entry period. Purchasing a product is not necessary to enter, and it will not improve the chances of winning.
