This April House of the Month had a great window update! Built in 2006 with aluminum windows, we replace all the windows with our fully welded, vinyl frame windows. A total of 23 windows were replace-20 Double-Hung style and 3 Special Shape Circle Tops. All of the windows came with Energy Star rated Low-E glass & Argon Gas which made the home energy-efficient! It is the perfect time to update and prevent the cold air from escaping during the spring heat.
The original a aluminum windows allowed air and dirt to come in from the outside. Single pane glass did not protect the home from the heat or cold.
White vinyl replacement windows improved the look and feel of the home. Double pane glass with low-e glass & argon gas keep the home insulated and prevent the homeowner from paying high energy costs.
