February House of the Month 2020

We updated this home located in Odessa, TX built in 1988 with aluminum frame windows with large dark grids. Although the previous windows were double pane, they were not double strength, therefore, allowing the cold to come in easily and the heat to escape. Not only does the stronger glass help, but the Energy Star rated Low-E glass & Argon gas have made the home energy-efficient! We installed 15 Single Hung style and 3 Picture Window style.
