Our May House of the Month is this adorable family’s home! This Midland home was built in 1975 with old, single-pane aluminum windows. We installed 12 Single Hung style windows and 1 3-Lite sliding window. White color exterior & interior to match the trim on the home. Double pane with double strength glass windows was an improvement on the home, especially with Low-E glass & Argon Gas making the windows Energy Star rated. Summer is here, it is the PERFECT time to replace those windows!

The original a aluminum windows allowed air and dirt to come in from the outside. Single pane glass did not protect the home from the heat or cold.

White vinyl replacement windows improved the look and feel of the home. Double pane glass with low-e glass & argon gas keep the home insulated and prevent the homeowner from paying high energy costs.
