Our May House of the Month 2021 is in Midland, TX. The home was originally built in 2001 with aluminum frame windows that were in desperate need of attention. Bronze color windows and bronze-tinted glass were at the top of their list when choosing the perfect style of window. A total of 24 Windows there were replaced in this beautiful home. The Window Source of West Texas installed 2 single hungs, 19 picture windows, 1 single casement, and 1 twin casement. Fully welded vinyl windows with a bronze color exterior and a white interior completely changed the efficiency and look of the home. This homeowner also wanted a type of glass that would not only help keep the heat from entering inside the home, however, she also wanted something to minimize the amount of sunlight. A bronze tint was chosen in helping to keep the light from entering the home. All the windows include the Energy Efficient Low E Glass & are Argon Gas filled. The windows include a lifetime warranty & transferable warranty. Great work Jason & Sebastian!!

Houses built in the early 2000s were usually built with aluminum windows. These types of windows did have double-pane glass, however, it was single-strength glass. This type of glass is much weaker than double-strength glass.

All windows are vinyl frames with double pane, double-strength glass. In addition, low-E glass & argon gas come on all window types. A bronze color exterior with a white interior was chosen and went well with the brick. To help darken the interior light, a bronze tint was added.
