Our November House of the Month belongs to this newly wed couple. This Midland home, built in 1959, originally had wood frame windows & wood siding. All windows and siding were replaced and absolutely gave a complete transformation. A total of 16 Single Hung style windows were installed. The windows came with White interior/exterior and were capped with Vintage Wicker Trim Coil. Prodigy Vinyl Siding was selected to replace the wood siding and soffit. Vintage Wicker color for the siding/soffit matched with the Trim Coil around the windows. Grecian Green color for the Facia complimented the Vintage Wicker color. Gutters were also updated with the new Seamless Wicker Color Gutters, which includes leaf guards. Old rotted siding and windows needed replacement. Drafts and dirt was the result of the the old exterior. Almost everything needed to be replaced.

White vinyl replacement windows improved the look and feel of the home. Updating the siding made the home look like a completely new home and is now energy star rated. The home now looks completely updated and new. Congrats to the newly weds and their new forever home!
