This November House of the Month 2021 home received a total of 25 windows; 12 single hungs, 8 special shape, 3 picture windows, 1 awning, and 1 2-lite slider. The new replacement windows replaced old bronze aluminum windows with single-strength glass. Now, the new replacement windows are a combination of black frame and white frame color vinyl windows. Great work!

Before: White aluminum windows were originally built with the home with internal grids.
After
After: Across the front of the home, black color window with custom internal grids were installed. Around the rest of the home, white color windows replaced the old windows.
Before
White aluminum windows had no low-e protection on the glass. Without the low-e glass & argon gas, the climate outside easily cuts through allowing energy costs to be higher than it should.
After
This Midland home all 25 windows replaced. Black windows were installed across the front. Custom internal grids were included only on the front windows, while the remaining had no grids. Around the rest of the home, white color windows replaced the old windows. All windows are vinyl frame with double pane and double strength glass. Energy star low-e glass with argon gas make the home energy efficient. Most windows come with accidental glass breakage.
