Our October House of the Month is this beautiful couple from Midland. These new homeowners knew the first changes they’d make were replacing the old wooden windows & doors. Built-in 1951, a few the original windows and doors were still on the home allowing dirt to come in. Not only dirt, but summertime heat was constantly keeping the home too hot. A total of 17 Double Hung style windows and 4 Entry doors were installed. All windows came with Black exterior, white interior and were capped with Black Trim Coil to protect the exterior wood trim from rot. The Entry doors were painted a light Gray with Blue tones on an Oak wood grain texture. What a beautiful Fall home update!!
