This October House of the Month 2021 home received a total of 14 windows; 11 single hungs, 2 special shape, and 1 picture window. The new replacement windows replaced old bronze aluminum windows with single-strength glass. Now, the new replacement windows are white and vinyl frame. Internal grid panes were added. Two special shape windows are eyebrow style single hung. Great work!

Aluminum black windows were the original windows. Single pane glass with no low-e protection.
After
White vinyl frame windows have double pane and double strength glass. Internal grid panes were added.

Black aluminum windows were the original windows built with the home. The windows had single strength glass and no glass protection from the sun.
After
The new replacement windows are white, completely changing the look of the home. Low-E glass with Argon Gas make the windows energy star rated. Internal grid panes were added and make cleaning easier!
