September House of the Month 2021

This September House of the Month 2021 was an exciting one! This home received a total of 11 windows; 8 single hungs and 3 picture windows. Not only were all the windows updated, but the front and back doors were also replaced as well! The windows replace old white aluminum windows with single-strength glass. A black color exterior with a black interior gave the home a whole new meaning to updating windows! The new fiberglass front door color matched the windows. The new 5 glass insert style replacement door modernized the home. As for the back door, internal blinds slide up or down on the new fiberglass door.

Full black color vinyl windows with full black color fiberglass doors.

Before

The home had old white aluminum windows with a double pane and single-strength glass. These windows were not energy efficient because of the clear glass allowing the heat to come in.

After

All windows are fully welded, vinyl frame windows with a black color exterior and interior. The double-paned windows have double strength glass with energy star Low-E Glass and Argon Gas.
