What We’re Doing to Keep You Safe During COVID-19
Let’s face it: COVID-19 has not made it easy to carry out all of those home improvement projects you had planned for this year. Whether you have been saving or had plans to use your tax return, we understand if you have been hesitant to pull the trigger on replacing your windows, siding or doors. But let’s not forget, the longer we wait to address those leaky windows or the discoloration in your siding, the worse things will get.
However, we fully understand your hesitance to allow anyone inside your home during this time. The Window Source is a family owned business and we understand the importance of keeping your family and your home safe.
Right now, the future is uncertain and there is no telling when the world will go back to normal. But in the meantime, we want to make sure you know that if you have been hesitant to finally begin these home improvement projects – we have you covered.
Here is what we are doing to make sure that your window replacement, siding or door replacement projects go smoothly all the while ensuring that you and your loved ones remain safe during COVID-19:
Daily Health Checks
Window Source employees will be required to take their temperature every morning before coming into contact with homeowners. If temperature is elevated, we will require they are tested for COVID-19.
Installation of windows and doors will include an added step of disinfecting the interior surface of the entire product and tools. Products and tools will not come into contact with any who has shown signs of COVID-19.
Social distancing will be practiced by way of maintaining a safe distance from homeowners while wearing necessary protective gear. Virtual consultations and estimates will also be offered during this time.
